This Privacy Policy explains how Vibe Player ("the App") handles user information when you use the mobile application.

Vibe Player is a local offline music player designed to play audio files stored on your device. The application does not collect personal data, create user accounts, or upload your music files to any server. All media playback and data processing occur locally on the user’s device. The application does not require user registration or account creation.

The app may access the following information strictly for functionality purposes: • Local Audio Files The app scans audio files stored on your device to display your music library and allow playback. • Device Information Basic device information such as Android version and device model may be accessed for compatibility and performance purposes. • App Preferences The app may store local preferences including playlists, moods, favorites, and playback history. These are stored only on your device.
3. Permissions Used
Vibe Player may request the following permissions: • Media / Storage Permission Used to scan and play audio files stored on the user's device. • Notification Permission Used to display music playback controls in the notification panel. • Foreground Service Required to allow music playback while the app runs in the background. The application does not upload or transmit any music files to external servers. All audio playback occurs locally on the user's device.
4. Data Sharing
Vibe Player does not collect or share personal information with third parties.
5. Third-Party Services
The application uses open-source libraries to provide core functionality. The app may also rely on standard platform services (for example, Google Play Services on Android) for app compatibility and basic system operations. Future updates of the application may include third-party services such as advertising providers (for example Google AdMob). If this occurs, the Privacy Policy will be updated accordingly.
6. Data Storage
All user data such as playlists, preferences, and playback history are stored locally on the device. No data is transmitted to external servers.
7. Children's Privacy
Vibe Player is not directed toward children under the age of 13. The app does not knowingly collect personal information from children.
